Visitor Registration Form
Hosts: Register your off-campus guests before they stay over. It is the host's responsibility to complete the online overnight guest form for every off-campus overnight visitor.
Visitors and Hosts
A visitor is anyone who does not live on campus or lives in a different residence hall. Visitors must stay with their host at all times, show a valid photo ID if asked by staff, and may not carry or use anyone else's residence hall key or student ID. | A host is the resident inviting the visitor in. Visitation Limits
- 2 visitors per host at a time.
- 4 visitors max per room or apartment.
- Visitors under 16 must be with a parent or guardian.
Overnight Visitors
Only off-campus visitors staying between 12am and 8am need to be registered.
- 3 consecutive nights max.
- 8 nights total per calendar month.
- 1 online guest form required per overnight stay.
Parking
Visitors should get a temporary parking pass from Campus Police and park in the spaces designated for the residence hall they are visiting. Campus Police: 724-836-9865
