they are unable to help you, you may submit a help ticket that will be assigned
to one of the staff members of McKenna Hall.

Mckenna Hall Center
Mckenna Hall has
approximately 150 computers available for student use.
The McKenna Hall Computer Center is open:
Monday through Thursday - 8:00 A.M. to 11:00 P.M.
Friday - 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Saturday - 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Sunday - 5:00 P.M. to 11:00 P.M.
Student Computer Services
University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg supplies students
with a valid ID free/discounted software.
Including:

Microsoft Office 2003 or 2007 Professional
-
Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Vista
-
Microsoft Visual Studio 2005

Software toolkit with Free Symantec Antivirus, Adware Pro, and other software.
Students can bring their personal desktop or laptop computer to the computer
center for troubleshooting, repair, and getting onto the campus network.
Every student staying in the dorms is supplied with their own port.
Authentication to the UPG network is done through client software installed on
your PC.
Phone Services
Each student is given a phone for their dorm.
Local Greensburg calls are free to dial, all other calls require a valid phone
card.
Wireless Network
University of Pittsburgh and Greensburg does support a
wireless network. Wireless access points are located in Chambers Hall, Milstein
Library, Smith Hall Lounge and Classrooms, and the Village Hall Coffee House.
The Information Technology Department is also currently planning to extend its
wireless network for more coverage and better performance.
