Graduation and Diplomas
The University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg holds one annual commencement
ceremony that is held the Saturday following the end of Spring term.
Graduation is not an automatic process. Students are required to meet with
Michele Shuey, Senior Acadmic Advisor, to complete a degree audit and apply for
graduation during the last semester of their junior year. During this meeting,
you will be asked to complete a graduation application.
All students will receive their diploma, along with a complimentary official
copy of their final transcript approximately six weeks after the end of their
term of graduation. We will mail the diploma to the address that is listed on
the graduation application. Transcripts and diplomas should be checked
carefully and any discrepancies should be brought to the attention of the
appropriate office immediately. Additional copies of transcripts can be
purchased for $3.00.
Reordering a Diploma
Additional copies of your diploma may be purchased any time after graduation.
The fee for each diploma is $25. Complete the Diploma Request Form and return
